About this project
Our team at boomsatsuma have a long-standing relationship with Bristol Metropolitan Academy, MET Basketball and Cabot Learning Federation - so when we heard that the MET Basketball team weren't able to play their final match of the season due to lockdown, we got to work exploring ways in which we could help. For the last couple of weeks staff students from different courses at boomsatsuma have been collaborating to build #boombasketball: a project to allow the team to play their final match with each other remotely, in video game form.
In Year 11 and interested in joining boomsatsuma in September for post-16 study? You can find out more below about the courses that helped make this project a reality, and apply to study with us next year if you want to be part of the team. Despite the lockdown, our team is in full swing and available to talk to you about applying for our courses. We're conducting remote interviews for the final remaining places on some of our courses.
