Learn how to blend creativity and technology to unlock the potential of games.
Learn how to blend creativity and technology to unlock the potential of games.
Take a hands-on approach to games in Bristol. This course covers the artistry, technologies and expertise behind well-designed games that are fun to play. You'll learn to make games that entertain, tell great stories and even benefit society. Staying connected with the games industry across the course, we'll help you build up the skills and acumen needed to land your first professional role.
You’ll play games, analyse games, design games and build games - moving through a range of styles from hypercasual mobile puzzlers to story-driven VR adventures. Within this, you'll develop your understanding of why and how people play games, and crucially, what makes a game fun. This happens through challenges and projects, with each building your confidence and ability to take a game from an initial idea to a releasable product. All taking place within a supportive, studio-style environment that values experimentation and imagination.
